I believe that communities deeply empower individuals. If there is a shortcut to a great life, it is to surround yourself with people who are invested in your personal growth. I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of truly heart-centered entrepreneurs, and I am consistently amazed the power they discover when supported by their Tribe. And that is why we started the Village.
ReWork | Founder & CEO
Nathaniel co-founded ReWork after three years of mission-driven startup project management and strategic planning work. Nathaniel holds an M.S. in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from the Blekinge Tekniska Hogskola, a B.A. in Global Human Impact Studies from the University of Vermont, and is a fellow of the Unreasonable Institute (2011) and StartingBloc (2010).
I want to live in a world where every human being can be the master of their own fate, unbound by the chains of poverty, oppression, or injustice. To me entrepreneurship, coming from French for “to taking into one’s own hands” gets at that fundamental human drive to rule our destinies. And when that drive is combined to empower others to do the same, I believe no force can be more powerful.
ReWork | President & Chairman
Co-founder of @ReWorkJobs : I’m a connector. I love people, social entrepreneurship, hip hop, coffee. I appreciate confidence, independence, and integrity.
Raul San Narciso
Close your eyes and imagine a world where we empower each other unconditionally, where we use emotions to bond with others in the most honest way possible. We are about to make it happen. Raul has been meditating for longer than he has been an engineer, and an entrepreneur. His goal is to bring people together in a march to create a world where we empower each other with inextinguishable drive.

Born at a young age to a medium-size family of Thai elephants, Banks grew up consuming bananas and deforesting rice patties. He immigrated to the United States at the tender age of 11, where he quickly learned the art of blending equal parts guile and charm to acquire free samples of food at overpriced grocery stores.
Phil Drolet is a Peak Performance Coach and runs a blog called The Feel Good Lifestyle where he helps people optimize their lifestyle and take bold action towards their dreams. He’s also the creator of the Superhuman Blueprint, an online course designed to improve confidence, productivity and inspire massive action.
I strive to live deliberately, compassionately and to generate a positive impact every day. I moved to Boulder from New England in April 2012 in search of a stimulating and inspirational community — and couldn’t be more grateful for where my life has taken me. If I’m not at the Village or HUB you can find me playing in the mountains.
I am a passionate and curious individual inspired by entrepreneurship and it’s power to provide meaning and purpose in my life, while creating a more sustainable and healthy world. I’m also an avid triathlete and runner, and love nothing more than enjoying nature and friends through outdoor adventure sports. I also love merciless dancing late at night.
Born in Germany. Grew up in Florida. Living in Boulder, Colorado.
In addition to learning to master health, business, & relationships, I am passionate about meeting people, staying in touch with old friends, and one day changing the way millions of people live their lives.
Duke lacrosse player → Investment banker → Sushi delivery guy → Blogger → Unreasonable Maverick → Freelance filmmaker → Full-time Maven. I live to learn, I believe in taking action, I love to crush physical activity and I try my best to live out my values on a daily basis.
We are made greater by those who support and challenge us; it’s my intention to be the gust of wind that rocks your balance and the grassy field that catches your fall. My life is about the delight of wonder & discovery, creating & experiencing beauty and stretching the depth of our own human experience.
